Sicily is a land of extremes from mountain ranges to volcanoes to stunning coastlines. It is Italy but its own kind of Italy. The food and history have many influences from Arabia, Africa, Spain and Italy resulting in a melting pot of ingredients and flavours. Local fresh produce is the backbone of the cuisine and is sourced from land and sea. Explore and learn about Sicily from a local’s perspective.

On this tour we will immerse ourselves in the stunning Umbrian countryside for seven nights at a restored villa, from where we venture out most days to explore hilltop towns including Assisi, Orvieto and Perugia. There will be visits to local food markets, wineries and cooking classes to learn about the food and wine of Italy. The tour will finish in Rome where we will take in the sights.

Morocco is a feast for the senses. This tour encompasses ancient culture, picturesque cities, and the Atlas Mountains where we ride mules through the countryside to a Berber village and lunch on home-cooked chicken tagine – an absolute highlight! We will explore the capital city of Rabat, venture into Fes, visit the Atlas Mountains. the seaside town of Essaouira, and finish the tour in Marrakech.
