A Taste of Italy Food Tour

I am hosting a small group tour to Umbria, fondly known as the green heart of Italy. We’ll explore this beautiful region of Italy with visits to hilltop towns, and tastings of regional foods and local wines. Enjoy 7 nights and 8 amazing days.

I have partnered with Avanti Italy, an Australian company creating unique Italian experiences. Emily and her team have many years experience organising travel in Italy, and will ensure you receive a genuine Italian experience that will stay in your memory forever.

  • A tour of Perugia, famous for its chocolate making
  • Truffle hunting with a local truffle hunter and his dog
  • Guided walking tour of Chiesa del Carmine Valley followed by lunch at a local restaurant

Personal Host

Meredith will be your personal host throughout the tour.


As outlined in the itinerary including; 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners. Meals include a limited amount of beverages - wine, water, tea and coffee.


7 nights in an Italian villa, comprising a restored 11th century church and 18th century farm house.


Transportation throughout the tour in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle.

$9,250 per person (twin or double room)
$3,000 Single supplement
Early Bird Discount of $500 per person if booked and deposit paid before 31 July 2024.


Meals and drinks other than those specified, international airfares and associated arrangements outside our Land Only Tour, any additional private arrangements are not included in the tour cost, travel insurance or other requirements associated with traveling.
